Six Nights Delight – as it says on the label!
Enhanced by our location on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey in a luxurious, spacious setting, close to a beach and lake with lots of wildlife, with locally sourced food, small intimate groups, you’re going to enjoy a memorable retreat experience.
We’ll phone you after you’ve booked to discuss how you would like to enjoy your time here with us. We’re flexible and there are lots of activities to choose from, with a special emphasis on promoting wisdom, wellbeing and fun.
So if you want to relax or fancy something more energetic, we’ve got what you need. When you’re not booked in for a workshop or activity, your time is your own to go exploring Anglesey, maybe take in a show at the local theater, go walking, read, hang out, meditate, go Karting, Kayaking, Surfing, Paddle Boarding, Cycling, Horse Riding, watch a sunset, whatever tickles your fancy.
The schedule for the days follows a fairly regular pattern so you just fill in your blocks of time on your timetable as you wish. We’ll co-create your timetable with you so you can dip in and out as much as you want.
8am. Activity ~ e.g. warm-up group exercises, meditation, dog- walk along the beach. Something to work up an appetite.
9am. Breakfast~ Your dietary options will be in-line as per your directions but is aimed at detoxing, helping you to boost nutritional values and maybe helping you lose a few pounds.

15.30pm. Refreshments & free time
19.00pm Evening Session which include movies, discussions and therapies.
